License and Ownership

What You Own

• You retain rights to the original workflow instructions and content you submit, subject to applicable law
• You are responsible for having permission to submit and process client or third-party content

What We Own

• OnePageAI brand, logos, and trademarks
• The platform, original HTML tool templates, and documentation
• The website, platform, and proprietary systems

Your License to Use HTML Tools

When you purchase or download an HTML tool, your permitted use is governed by the terms shown at purchase. Unless otherwise stated, the license is:

• Non-exclusive license (others can buy it too)
• Non-transferable license (you can't resell the underlying template itself)
• Limited by its AI call allowance where calls are included
• Commercial use allowed only as stated for the selected file or plan

Payment and Pricing

• Some HTML tools are free; others require payment
• Prices may vary by tool and included AI call allowance
• Payment is processed securely via Stripe
• All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our refund policy

Refund Policy

Termination

Either party may end this agreement:

• Effect: Downloaded files remain subject to the license and AI call allowance granted. Refunds, if any, follow the applicable purchase terms.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms as our service evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the website or via email. Continued use after updates means you accept the new Terms. The effective date will always be clearly stated.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable laws in your region. Disputes will be resolved in competent courts or through arbitration where required. We encourage resolving issues informally first—contact us and we'll work it out.

Miscellaneous

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the full agreement
• Severability: If any provision is invalid, the rest remains in effect
